Hallmark Holiday:
National Meteor Day
At the risk of ruining the magic of falling stars, we must tell you that what you're actually seeing is a space rock hurling towards the planet, but burning up as it hits Earth's atmosphere. It might be a scary thought, but meteors are pretty common and nothing to fear! If you think this sounds cool, then join us in celebrating this holiday by checking out the night sky. Perhaps you'll even have a chance to make a wish on a chunk of high-speed space rock.

Last day of June, half of 2013 is done.
Big girl wanted to stay in town to attend a Church Youth Meeting, I don't think she's going to get up in time to attend it.
Little guy wanted his hot-dogs grilled. We fired it up and he ate all three that he asked for.
Rumbling thunder at bedtime.
