National Pina Colada Day
To make your way through the summer heat, arm yourself with an arsenal of delicious beverages to keep your cool. The piña colada is the pineappley, coconutty cocktail that originated in San Juan, Puerto Rico, following three months of recipe experimentation by bartender Ramon 'Monchito' Marrero. His hard work was not in vain, as the drink continues to be popular since it was first served up in 1954.

Teddy Bear Picnic Day
Teddy bears make outstanding picnic guests because they don't take up much space on the blanket and they won't eat any of the food, so there will be plenty of sandwiches and fruit punch left for you. They aren't always great at conversation, but if you feel like finishing the picnic with a nap in the shade, they are always ready to cuddle.

So the Big Guy took the big girl out to the mall parking lot with the truck. Then he switched seats.
Taco Bell was brought back before 5pm so we had loaded grillers.
We walked to Harris Teeter for some tortellini and marinara.
Back at apt we watched Red Dawn. The new one. It can go back to the Andrews Library.
There's a fly inside driving little doggy crazy.
